They have never failed to answer my questions, or not returned my request for a call back. When I first signed up with State farm at this location, my phone would not send their call through because it thought it was a Spam call. Nick and Amy took the time out to text me and say hey your phone is going to voicemail. We are trying to get a hold of you as requested. We worked out a comprise, so for a while Nick or Amy would text me saying hey we have a minute you can call us now to which I did so. Even though they were a contact in my phone they still couldn't get through to me. But now that my phone lets their call through, I never miss a call from them. I like how Amy helped me with set for their app and drive safe and save app my very first day. I was in there with my son so the appointment took twice as long😂 Amy did not care though. I recommend going to State farm and talking to Amy and Nick if you ever need to switch insurance companies. They are a definite pleasure to deal with, talk with, and send pictures of your dog to."

We have encountered three car accidents, tornado and an unfortunate injury to one of our family members and had to file claims on them. My wife Brenda was in a car accident back on December 4th 2023. She was severely injured and was in and out of the hospital for the last four and a half months. Unfortunately we lost her yesterday.
